    For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes so please check with your local customs office.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

    We do offer free shipping on all exchanges within the USA via our return portal which can be found HERE.

     

    Return for Refund

    Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8. This fee will also include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Returns can be processed HERE.

    Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.

    Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed.  Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.

    Items marked as FINAL are not eligible for Returns. If you do not see FINAL then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:

    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
    • Final Sale items may not be returned.
    • Hermoza monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

      Quality swimwear

      The Hermoza produces some of the best quality swimwear I’ve seen lately. Beautiful fabric and nice colors— and their print selection is usually tasteful and classic. I really like Hermoza designs, but can’t buy 1-pc suits bc of my size proportions. I’m very petite and slender (5’3” 120lbs) but quite short waisted, need a D-cup top and XS to Small bottom (size 4) and prefer not to have a bare midriff. I’ve been more successful with 2-pc designs because I can buy different size tops and bottoms.

      I like this simple top, but the round cups do show through a bit and it’s a tad short unless you wear an ultra high bottom. The problem is Hermosa only offers a couple of two piece options, in very limited colors. I’d really like to see more two-piece designs for women like me who just don’t fit standard size suits, with more mix and match options— especially given the price of swimwear these days. I’d certainly buy more if I had more options.

      The perfect addition to my collection of Tankini tops! I hope you will continue to feature it in new fabrics. A print to complement my Sword Lily Tiffany tankini would be great.
