Price Adjustments After Purchase

Price Adjustments After Purchase: If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date.

Our ability to price match or adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The item must be identical in color and size.

The item must be in stock at the time of request.

We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.

Are gift cards or gift certificates available?

Yes, Gift cards are available here.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, simply checkout as a guest.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Navigate to the login page and click the Forgot password? link in the Password input

How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

For free standard shipping, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Need it sooner? Expedited service is available at checkout! Have any questions, please contact customer service here.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code by email.

International Orders

For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes so please check with your local customs office.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all International orders via FEDEX. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here.

We do not cover exchange or return shipping for International orders.

What is the acceptable period for returns?

Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.

Free shipping on all exchanges. Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8.

What are the refund options for a purchase I no longer want to keep?

If you do not see FINAL SALE then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the return criteria, which can be found here.
