Need to return an item? We offer hassle-free returns. Arrange your return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Our Return Policy
Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.
All U.S. returns will have $15.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & re-stocking. Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed. Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
Complete our online form here to process your return.Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for Returns. If you do not see FINAL SALE then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Hermoza monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Need a Different Size or Color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, simply place a second order and we will send you the correct size or color as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
