RETURN FOR REFUND:

We’re delighted to offer returns on items purchased using a welcome code for first-time buyers, ensuring your first shopping experience with us is seamless and satisfying.

For purchases made with other discount codes or promotional offers, these items are not eligible for refunds, but they may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Additionally, final sale items cannot be refunded but are eligible for an exchange or store credit to ensure you still find something you love.

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Hygiene stickers must remain intact and not removed.
  • All tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Hermoza reserves the right to monitor account activity and may refuse transactions, assess fees, or close accounts based on order or return patterns.

Refund Processing Fee
Returns sent back for a refund will incur a flat processing fee of $15, which includes the cost of the return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Returns can be initiated HERE. 

Return Deadlines
To receive a full refund, merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of the original shipment date. 

Processing Times
Once your return is received, it may take up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will appear in your account after processing is complete.
