RETURN FOR REFUND
For purchases made with discount codes or promotional offers of 25% off or more, these items are final sale for refunds but remain eligible for exchange or store credit.
For purchases made with discount codes below 25%, items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

TO ENSURE A SMOOTH RETURN PROCESS
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Hygiene stickers must remain intact and not removed.
- All tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Hermoza reserves the right to monitor account activity and may refuse transactions, assess fees, or close accounts based on order or return patterns.
REFUND PROCESSING HANDLING FEE
Returns for refund incur a $15 handling fee, which includes the cost of the return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Returns can be initiated HERE.

To receive a full refund, merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of the date the item is received by the customer.
