Returns for Refund:
- No returns on already discounted items as FINAL SALE or items purchased with a discount code; these qualify for exchange or store credit only.
- Full-priced items are eligible for refund if they:
- Are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have hygiene stickers/tags intact.
- Are returned within 14 days of the shipment date.
Processing Details:
- Returns incur an $15 processing fee, including the return shipping label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after item processing (up to 10 business days).
