SHIPPING POLICY:

For free standard shipping, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Need it sooner? Expedited service is available at checkout! Have any questions, please contact customer service here.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all free shipping U.S. orders via USPS or FEDEX. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes so please check with your local customs office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all International orders via FEDEX. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here.

We do not cover exchange or return shipping for International orders.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do offer free shipping on all exchanges within the USA via our return portal which can be found HERE.

 

Return for Refund

Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8. This fee will also include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Returns can be processed HERE.

Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.

Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed.  Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.

Items marked as FINAL are not eligible for Returns. If you do not see FINAL then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Hermoza monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
