Have you ever wondered who the women behind the scenes of Hermoza are? Next to founders, Marisa and Tiffany, there is a small group of women who help keep the ball rolling at the Hermoza office. It is our pleasure to introduce you to our administrative staff!
Meet Mackenzie, Director of Customer Service
NICKNAME:
Mack
ROLE:
If you need assistance with orders, returns, sizing, style selection, and anything order related, Mackenzie is your gal! She has been with Hermoza since June of 2022 and has stepped into her roll amazingly. She is a key part of ensuring Hermoza keeps up with our amazing and prompt service and we love her for that!
HOW DID YOU FIND HERMOZA?
“When I graduated college with a degree in Hospitality, I was looking for a customer service position as well as a change in scenery from Oklahoma. From past experiences, I knew I always wanted to find a company that is small, woman owned, comfortable, and where it’s easy to have my opinions heard. So that made my decision pretty easy when I found Hermoza had a customer service position based in California!”

Meet Fortunada, Director of Influencer Marketing
NICKNAME:
Fifi
ROLE:
Fifi is the person in charge of Hermoza's relationship with our social media influencers. Hermoza is so fortunate to work alongside lots of beautiful women on all social media platforms and this is a huge thanks to our Fifi.
HOW DID YOU FIND HERMOZA?
“Marisa is my husband's cousin and Tiffany is a family friend. I also have always loved the brand!” Fifi has been with the company since 2021 and has been a supporter ever since the brand was originally founded.

FUN FACT:
Fifi’s real name, Fortunata translates to lucky, successful, and blessed, which all suit her perfectly. She is also the namesake of the Fifi baby doll dress J.

Meet Madison, Director of Administration
NICKNAME:
Maddy
ROLE:
Madison manages the Hermoza office and warehouse to make sure everything goes smoothly on a day to day basis. She picks up just about anything thrown at her from wholesale, to customer service, to inventory.
HOW DID YOU FIND HERMOZA?
When asked how she came to Hermoza she said: “I actually came here in September of 2021 from Fifi who I’ve known for years. She let me know Hermoza was hiring and when I met Marisa and learned about the company, it felt like the right fit. I was looking to change industries in my work life and the rest is history!”
FAVORITE SWIMSUIT:
The Alexandra One-Piece Swimsuit although she says she has a new favorite ever week!
FAVORITE PRINT:
The Scandi print which she feels is so unique and delicate that it looks great on everyone.
FUN FACT:
Before coming to Hermoza, she was a licensed real estate agent in San Diego and worked almost 4 years in the industry before changing her path. But she says she learned so much from that part of her life and can see herself using what she’s learned from real estate in her daily life.
