SIZING HELP

As a general rule of thumb, we recommend sizing one dress size up for swim. For example, if you are a size 6 in dress/pants you are a size 8 in swim. Cover-ups and dresses run true to size.

    We do offer free shipping on all exchanges within the USA via our return portal which can be found HERE. 

    RETURN FOR REFUND:

    No returns on non-full-priced items; all items purchased with a discount code and already discounted items are exchange or store credit only. All full-priced items are eligible for a normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:

    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
    • Final Sale items may not be returned.
    • Hermoza monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

      Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8. This fee will also include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Returns can be processed HERE.

      Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.

      Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed.  Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
