  • As a general rule of thumb, we recommend sizing one dress size up for swim.  For example, if you are a size 6 in dress/pants you are a size 8 in swim.
  • Manuela is a size 4 in dress - she is wearing a size 6

    PLEASE NOTE: We ship all free shipping U.S. orders via USPS or FEDEX. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes so please check with your local customs office.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: We ship all International orders via FEDEX. If there are any problems with the method of shipping please contact customer service here.

    We do not cover exchange or return shipping for International orders.

     

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

    Exchanges for different size or item - Free Shipping on all Exchanges

    We do offer free shipping on all exchanges within the USA via our return portal which can be found HERE.

     

    Return for Refund

    Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $8. This fee will also include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Returns can be processed HERE.

    Should you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund, unless item is marked as final sale.

    Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed.  Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed.

    Items marked as FINAL are not eligible for Returns. If you do not see FINAL then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:

    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
    • Final Sale items may not be returned.
    • Hermoza monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

    Sizing & Fit Guide

    As a general rule of thumb, we recommend sizing one dress size up for swim.  For example, if you are a size 6 in dress/pants you are a size 8 in swim.

    Love but too short

    I absolutely love everything about this swimsuit- the style, color, fabric, coverage, sewn-in bra cups. However, it is unfortunately not long enough for me (I am 5ft 7inches) - I sized up to the size 8 but it was still too short. Please consider making longer or having Tall sizing!

    Great quality

    I am usually a size 4, but I had to size up to a 6 in this suit. I love the fit and how it covers my back (right now, I have a major flair-up of acne on my whole back). The waistline really sucks you in. Also, the material is nice and thick. You can tell it is super good quality. Overall, I would say you guys made a fantastic suit!!

    Great suit!

    Fit well like a glove with good coverage only down side is you have to have someone help zip you up and didn’t like quality of the zipper it kept unzipping slightly and catching my hair. Would love to have this suit in other colors like royal blue .

    FOR THE MOST PART HAPPY CARMEN ONE-PIECE SWIMSUIT

    I LOVE THE BOATNECK HIGH NECKLINE. WISH ALL YOUR SUITS HAD A BIT MORE CONTROL SPANDEX POWER. MY ONLY CON ON THIS SUIT IS THAT I CANNOT MANAGE TO PULL UP THE ZIPPER IN BACK ON MY OWN SO IT REQUIRES A FRIEND TO HELP: ( ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE? I'M KEEPING IT SO OTHER THAN WHAT I'VE STATED STILL FIND THE SUIT FLATTERING.

    Hi CC, thank you for your input! We will take this to our design team and let them know. Since the zipper goes all the way up the back, it may require some assistance :). Regarding tummy control, you may love our Lupe one-piece. She has tummy power mesh and a wire bra for support :).

    Athletic, secure and confident

    I had been looking for a high neck swimsuit for a while and I’m so glad I found this one! The material is thick but not restrictive and the cups are comfortable. It also fit my long torso well. It made me feel athletic, secure and confident. It’s definitely a high quality swimsuit!
